Mother Nature was the great equalizer Friday night as Providence upset #1 Mt. Carmel Friday night 6-3 in a Catholic Blue opener for each team.
Rain throughout the game limited the teams to just three field goals with Pat Wright's 40-yarder in the third quarter being the game-winner.
